Following submission of our planning application to Reading Borough Council, we have developed the below, indicative timeline which takes the project from the submisison of the application to the first move-in of future residents:
Planning application submitted: summer 2024
Application determined: early 2025
Demolition of existing building: autumn 2025
Construction to start: early 2026
First residents move in: 2028.
